.5 c butter.5 c sugar2 T ground flax seeds6 T water1 t vanilla1 c applesauce2 c. Whole wheat flour1 tsp soda1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon2-3 ripe bananas, mashed2 c rolled oats.5 c mini choc chips
Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add vanilla, applesauce, egg & flax seed meal & water. Beat until well mixed. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Add bananas, oats, & chips. Spoon onto pan and bake at 350 F for 13-15 minutes. Transfer to wire rack. Best enjoyed warm. Dough freezes very well in scoops.
