Potatos with Salsa!

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Salsa, .25 cup (remove) Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
Directions
Chop a medium - large potato, and boil it in a pot, once cooked through add a couple of tablespoons of fresh diced cilantro and a quarter of a cup of Emerald Valley Salsa (or the salsa from you fridge) and enjoy!
