White Chocolate Cheese cake

Ingredients
1 box of sugar free white chocolate pudding (1.4oz)16 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese2 eggs1/2 cup splenda or truvia1/2 cup half and half1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350-PAM a pie dish
mix all ingredients with a mixer for 5 minutes, very smooth and creamy
Pour into pie dish
Bake 35-45 minutes- until top is lightly cracked
Cool 30 minutes, then place in fridge for 2-4 hours before servings.
