*Triscut Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil, 1 serving *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 5 slice, medium (1/4" thick) *Cheese - Fresh Mozzarella Sliced Bel Giosio, 2 oz Olive Oil, 1 1tsp fresh basil leaves, 1 serving about 5 leaves
Directions
there is no cooking involved , just slice the tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes are best if you can find them and fresh mozzarella from the cheese case near the deli dept in most supermarkets is the best, the fresher and higher quality the ingredients the better, slice the tomatoes just before serving and alternate layers of cheese , tomatoes, crackers , basil and olive oil, lightly sea salt if wanted.
