Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
zucchinigrape or cherry tomatoeswalnut oilmustardseasoned rice vinegarsalt
Directions
Shred zucchini with a potato peeler so its in long ribbons. Cut grape tomatoes in half. In separate bowl whisk together walnut oil, mustard, vinegar and salt. Then toss it all together.
