32 oz or 2 lb or 908g Crystal Farms All whites Liquid Egg Whites2 cup fresh Spinach, chopped1 medium pepper Red Bell Pepper, chopped1 med yellow onion, chopped1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slicesSpices/herbs are desired.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steam or saute bell pepper, onion and mushrooms until almost tender. Add a tablespoon of mixture into each muffin tin. Add spinach to each. Pour about 1/3 cup liquid egg whites into each spot. Season with S/P or any herbs you like. Bake at 350 for 24 mins.
