MIX GROUND MEAT WITH SOY SAUCE, WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE, 1 TEASPOON SUGAR AND GINGER. SHAPE INTO SMALL PATTIES ABOUT AN INCH IN DIAMETER AND SAUTE TIL BROWNED. DRAIN FATFROM MEAT MIXTURE. ADD CAN BEEF BROTH.HEAT TIL JUST STARTS TO BOIL. TURN DOWN TO SIMMER AND PEPPERS, COOKING TIL CRISP COOKED. ADD TOMATO.MIX CORNSTARCH AND WATER TIL NO LUMPS.ADD TO HOT SKILLET AND ALLOW TO HEAT UP AGAIN JUST UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS,SERVE OVER COOKED RICE
