GF Oatmeal Protein Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups gluten free oats (like bob's red mill)1/2 cup milk (i use almond milk)2 eggs (i use egg whites only)1/2 tsp salt2 tsp salt2 scoops protein vanilla protein powder1.5 TB cinnamon (helps stabilize blood sugar)1/3 cup brown sugar (i use 1/3 cup honey for a natural sweetner)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. The Mixture should be like sticky cookie dough, not crumbly (add more milk if too dry and more protein powder if too wet). Drop by spoonfuls (about 1.5 Tb per cookie) onto greased or parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
