Low fat chicken salad wrap

Ingredients
200g chicken breast filletcooking-oil spray2 whole wheat tortillas20g spinach1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce1 small tomato, sliced1 small carrot, grated2tbsp avocado
Directions
1. Spray chicken with cooking oil, cook in small heated frying pan. Cool. Shred coarslely.
2. Spread avocado on wraps and top with chicken and remaining ingredients.
