Oriental Beef Stir-Fry

1 lb. of sirloin steak4 green onions1 (10 oz.) can beef broth1 tbsp. cornstarch1 tbsp. soy sauce2 tbsp. canola oil1 garlic clove2 c. chopped broccoli1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained1 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)1 (10 oz.) package frozen snow peas
Cut steak into thin slices. cut onions in 1 inch picees. Put broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl and mix until everything dissolves and then set aside for later. Heat the oil over med-hi heat. Add steak and garlic for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. keep warm. Add broccoli, water chestnuts, green onion and mushrooms and stir-fry for like 3 minutes. Return steak and other food back to the skillet and then add the snow peas. Add broth and cook for 3 minutes ot until the sauce is thick.
