Rutabaga Faux-tato Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cubed rutabaga1/4 cup mayo1/4 cup sour cream1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar1 large stalk celery, diced1/4 cup chopped onion2 hard boiled eggs, chopped1 teaspoon saltdash pepper
Directions
Cook rutabaga in boiling water until tender. Meanwhile, in a salad bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. When the rutabaga is done, drain it and while it is hot mix it with the dressing ingredients in the bowl. Let chill in the fridge before serving.
