Scott's western sandwich

Ingredients
1 jumbo egg1 oz. regular ham (diced)1 tbsp. chopped onion2 slices fresh canadian white bread1 tbsp. ketchup
Directions
In a cup or bowl mix egg, ham and onion. Pour mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Flip when golden and remove when omelet is no longer runny. Serve on toasted canadian white bread, no butter. Pour ketchup over omelet.
