Oatmeal Cocoa Macaroons

Ingredients
Margarine 80% vegetable oil, 1/2 cup1% reduced fat Milk, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 cup flaked coconut, 1/2 cupOats, 3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat combine the margarine, milk and sugar. Stirring constantly bring mixture to a boil and continue to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add cocoa, coconut and oatmeal. Stir mixture well. Drop by tablespoon sized drops onto wax paper lined cookie sheet. Place cookies in the refrigerator to set then into an air tight container to store.
