Almost Egg White & Tuna Salad

4 egg whites, hardboiled1 egg, whole, hardboiled3 stalk celery, finely chopped3 T light mayo1 can of Albacore tuna (in water, drained)
Combine all ingrediants and chill 2 hours. Serve on whole wheat or grain bread. Or serve ontop a nice green salad of argula. I cheat and throw the egg, egg whites and celery in a chopper (less mess for me).
NOTE: to cut down the fat, can replace the mayo with plain yogurt.
Serving size is about 4 = 1/2 c each
