Mexican Rice Dish

Ingredients
Ground Turkey 1 lbsOnionFrozen corn 1.5 cups White Rice 1.5 cupsTomato sauce {small can}Green Chili's {small can}Canned Black BeansTaco SeasoningGarlic SaltCumin {optional}Tortilla Chips Sour CreamSalsa
Directions
Brown meat and onion - drain fat
Add all remaining ingredients, stir and add 3 cups of water {enough to cook rice}
Bring to boil, turn heat down to med/low and cover Let it cook for 20-25 minutes - until rice is tender
Add cheese and let it melt
Serve and add optional sour cream & salsa
No need for a fork or spoon, I just use the tortilla chips
enjoy
