Egg White Quicky

Ingredients
1/4 c. liquid egg whites1 tbsp chopped scallions or green onions1 tbsp sun-dried tomoatoesno salt spices
Directions
1. Spray small Pyrex cooking dish with PAM.
2. Pour 1/4 cup egg white into dish.
3. Add scallions, sun-dried tomatoes.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
