Pumpkin Bread with Banana

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1 cup wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup splenda1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup olive oil2 eggs, slightly beaten1/2 cup skim milk1 cup canned pumpkin2 small very ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
preheat oven to 350
spray loaf pan w cooing spray
mix together the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice
seperate bowl: mix splenda, brown sugar, and the wet ingredients
mix the two mixtures together just enough so incorporated

...I did all mixing by hand...no mixer necassary

spoon in to loaf pan
bake for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean
