Ham and cream cheese buns

Ingredients
Dough:300 g whole wheat flour400 g white flour2 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt300 ml water, lukewarm300 ml plain yogurt (can be replaced with water)yeastFilling:cream cheese (you can easily use the low-fat version)about 200 g ham, sliced or dicedshredded cheese if you have some
Directions
Mix the dough, let it rise for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer. Roll it out to a thin dough (pizza-style, only rectangular). With a pizza slicer cut the dough into 36 triangles (or the desired number). divide filling equally on the triangles. Roll them into buns, starting at an edge, ending with an angle, tucking the filling in and pressing the dough together in order to lock the filling in.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes, or until done.
