apple, squash and sweet potato bake

Ingredients
4 large apples, chopped in large pieces4 cups butternut squash, cubed4 cups sweet potato, cubed1 cup apple juice1/4 cup brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Chop up the apples, squash and sweet potatoes. Put them in a large rectangular pyrex pan. Pour the apple juice over all, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover tightly with foil and bake for one to two hours at 350 degrees (until sweet potatoes and squash are mouthwateringly tender).
