Ingredients
1 lb large frozen shrimp1 can light coconut milk1 lb green beans, trimmed3 green onions, diced1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powdero.5 tsp paprika2 tsp. curry powderjuice from 1/2 lemon1 tsp corn starch
Directions
Combine and bring to a boil.
Cook until shrimp are done (approx 3 minutes)
