Chicken Broccoli Divine

Ingredients

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast2 cups broccoli1 medium onion1 large green bell pepper1 can cream of chicken soup1 tsp curry powder1 tsp lemon juice3 large Tbsp mayo3/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces and brown in a frying pan.
Cut up all of the vegetables into bite size pieces and stem until al dente.
Mix can of soup with mayo, curry powder and lemon juice in a bowl on the side. Add pepper to taste.
Add chicken, steamed veggies and sauce mix into an oven safe casserole. Mix so that everything is distributed evenly. Add pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the cheese on the top.
Place in 375 F oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crispy.
Optional: Add breadcrumbs on top of the cheese layer before placing in the oven.
