Spelt, Quinoa and Flaxseed Bread

Ingredients
1 cup spelt flour1 cup quinoa flour1/2 cup flaxseed meal1/2 tsp salt1 Tbsp baking powder3 large eggs1 tsp liquid stevia1 cup almond milk1 Tbsp almond oil1 tsp vanilla extract1/3 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients into another bowl. Mix wet into dry. Put in bread pan. Bake for 32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
