Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 ounce Pre-cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken breast1/2 cup Canned Tomato Sauce1/4 cup Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese1 cup Steamed Cauliflower1/2 cup Wholt Wheat Pasta (measured after cooked)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a 4-ounce pre-cooked bonless skinless chicken breast in an oven proof baking dish. Cover the chicken with 1/2 cup of canned tomato sauce, 1/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted and tomato sauce is begining to bubble. Serve chicken with 1 cup steamed cauliflower and 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta (measure the pasta after cooking).
