Ingredients
Olive OilLentilsRed PeppersCeleryOnionsGarlicWaterOrzo
Directions
Cook Lentils with water for three minutes boiling (cover water one inch over Lentils)
Rinse beans after boiling for three minutes
Saute peppers, onion, garlic, carrots, celery with olive oil for five minutes
Add tomato sauce
Pour Lentils in and cover with water to about half of pan
Simmer for one hour
