Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cooked Goya Brown Rice1/2 Cup Cooked Garlic and Herb Lentils2 TBSP Guacamole - Basic Guacamole Recipe (Avocado, Lemon Juice, Chilli Powder and Sodium Free Spices)1 Cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded or chopped6 Grape Tomatoes Cut (Approx 1.5 oz)1/2 Cup Salsa4 Tbsp Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream2 Ole Extreme Wellness Tomato Basil Tortillas
Directions
Precook Lentils and Brown Rice per package instructions.
Mix 1.2 Cup Cooked Lentils with 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice.
Then warm wraps if desired, add lentil rice mixture, then top with lettuce, then tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Wrap up and enjoy!
