8 cups shredded hash browns1 cup finely chopped onion18 oz diced ham2 cups shredded cheddar cheese2 cans (12 oz each) evaporated milk2 large eggs, lightly beaten1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking dish.
Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 ham, and 1/2 cheese in prepared baking dish. Repeat layers.
Combine evaporated milk, egg, and season salt in bowl, Pour over mixture. Cover, bake 55-60 minutes, uncover bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
