Pressed Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
3 oz. tuna1/8 c. sliced olives1/2 hard boiled eggsliced tomatoesthinly sliced onion2 T. low fat italian style dressingSmall ciabatta roll
Directions
Slice roll and pull out some of the bread to create a pocket. Layer the tuna, olives, egg, onion, tomatoes and drizzle the dressing over the top. Wrap tightly in plastic and let sit for 2-3 hours or overnight, allowing flavors to meld.
