Chocolate beet muffins

Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate, 70-80%50 g crisco1 large egg50 g sugar1 tsp baking powder60-70g shredded beetroot
Directions
Melt 1/2 of the chocolate with the crisco. Mix eggs and sugar and then stir the chocolate-crisco-mix in. Add dry ingredients, and then the beets. Fill muffin forms, leaving 1/4 space. Bake at 160-107°C for 18 minutes.
