Ingredients
Water, tap, 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) about 80* F *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp brer rabbit molasses, 3 tbsp Salt, 1.5 tsp *Flour, white, 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt(hulled), 0.25 cup Flaxseed, 0.25 cup Oat Bran or Cracked Wheat, .25 cup Wheat bran, crude, 0.5 cup QUICK RISE YEAST 1 tbsp after dough is ready to bake sprinkle dough with poppy seeds 1 tbsp

QUICK RISE YEAST 1 tbsp


add all ingredients in order they appear into bread machine setting for wheat bread or fast bake bread.
After dough is ready to bake sprinkle dough with poppy seeds 1 tbsp
After dough is formed you may also place in regular bread pan & bake in oven at 350* for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean
