Ingredients
1 Chicken of Sea Salmon 2.6oz pouch (skinless/boneless)1 egg1/2 tsp onion1/2 green bell pepperSalt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to tasteCooking spray
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray
Add salmon, onion and bellpepper
Add seasonings to taste
Scramble/stir until mixture until vegtables soften
Add egg and scramble until egg is done

Serving Size: makes approximate 2/3 cups
