Fat Free Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
12 oz. water1 3/4 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. honey2 Tbsp. molasses4 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 Tbsp. vital gluten2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Directions
Add all ingredients in the order listed to 2 lb. bread maker. Set bread maker to dough setting and turn on.

When dough is finished. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes.

Or set bread maker to whole wheat setting and turn on.

Let bread cool completely before cutting. Store in large storage bag.
