1/2 lb. lean ground beef1/2 can tomato sauce1 tbsp cumin1/2 tbsp. paprika1/2 tbsp. onion powder4 tbsp. chili powder1/2 c. low fat cheese
Cook noodles according to package. Cook the ground beef until it's brown. Add all seasonings , tomato sauce and a 1/2 c. water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Spray a baking dish. Put the noodles drained into the baking dish and add the meat to it. Stir and put the cheese on top of the food. Put the dish in the microwave or oven to melt the cheese.
