Summer Spaghetti

Ingredients
Thin Spaghetti whole grainSummer sqash large chopped garlic, fresh or seasoningChopped onion, fresh or seasoningLemon peel, fresh or seasoningextra virgin olive oilsalad shrimp ( small bag )salt and pepper to tasteParmesan to taste
Directions
Half sqash in the middle, half again and cut into cubes.
Add oil to pan, add sqash satey over medium high heat for 5 minutes , add garlic and onions, cook another 5 minutes , add lemon peel , cook till sqash is tender but not overcooked, add shrimp, salt and pepper,put on simmer for 5 minutes.
Enjoy over thin spaghetti or angelhair pasta.
