200g chopped, roasted pumpkin seeds200g sugar8 med eggs (separated)80g bread crumbs2tbls rum(vanilla essence)
1. Cream 2/3 of sugar with egg yolks and vanilla essence
2. Blend in pumpkin seeds and bread crumbs
3. Beat egg whites with rest of sugar
4. Combine yolks, whites and rum
5. Bake for ~40 mins at 180°C
6. Enjoy (or add whatever icing you like)
