Sesame Talapia with Fresh Lemongrass

Ingredients
16 ounces Talapia or Sea Bass2 Tbsp scallions, sliced2 Garlic cloves, chopped2 Tbsp Lemongrass, thinly julienned (white only)4 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped1 Tbsp Low sodium Soy Sauce2 tsp Sesame Oil2 tsp Honey2 tsp Sesame Seeds, toasted1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except the fish. Pour mixture over fish and marinate for at least 1 hour for full flavor. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
