8oz 10% fat ground beef1can red kidney beans(drained and rinsed) 1can diced tomatos(I like fire roasted or w/chilis)1 8oz can of tomato sauce3med celery stakes, diced8c water2t chili powder1t cumin1t salt1/2t black pepper*season as you wish, I like my chili with a bit of a kick,but not too much. I also like to switch the chili powder and cumin around every now and then.
Brown the beef with all the seasoning, add the celery and cook for a few minutes. Add the diced tomatos(do not drain), tomato sauce and water, bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and add the corn and beans. Cook on low for 2hrs
