Ingredients
2 Lbs raw, peeled shrimp1/4 C olive oil1 med tomato chopped1 med onion choppedred pepper to taste1/4 C water1 T ginger 2 tsp curry powder2 T chopped celantro leaves2/3 tsp salt1 T dry sherry or garam masala
Directions
Stirfry onion in oil
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until shrimp is opaque.
