Mrs. Vicki's Mexican Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
4 bell pepper (any color)1 Chicken Breast or Ground Beef. 5 cup Brown Rice1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup.5 cup Salsa.5 cup Shredded Cheese,
Directions
Bake 1 hour if you used whole peppers. You may cut the peppers in half and stuff them. Then cook only 30 min.

When you take them out, add more cheese and salsa, if desired.
