Apple Breakfast Coffee Cake

Cake:1 cup white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup Splenda for baking1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder3/4 teaspoon sea salt1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/4 cup best life margarine,melted4 oz unsweetened applesauce1 egg2 apples chopped, 1 1/2 cups approx.Topping1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 teaspoon cinnamon2 TBLSP best life margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350*. Coat 9" round cake pan with cooking spray.
Beat all cake ingredients except apples until mixed well and crumbly. Stir in apples, then spread into cake pan.
Combine topping ingredients. mix well and sprinkle over batter evenly. Lightly press into batter.
Bake for 45- 55 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream, coffee or both!
