Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream - No Ice Cream Machine Needed!

Ingredients
2 cups chopped strawberries1-3/4 cup full fat coconut milk1/4 cup sugar1/2 cup half and half
Directions
Heat coconut milk and half an half in a saucepan over medium high until hot (bring to a low boil). Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat.

Cool for 1-2 minutes and then pour into a blender along with the fruit. Blend until fully pureed. Cool 10 minutes then pour into a large container.

Place in the freezer and stir with a spoon every hour for roughly 8-10 hours.
