Egg whites pancakes

Ingredients
Egg white, fresh, 3 large Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 0.5 serving Milk, 1%, 0.25 cup ( any milk substitutes will work) *Stevia, 0.5 tsp (remove)Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed Mix the whites with a mixer for about 2 min. Put the milk, splenda & oats and give it a quick mix. Slowly incorporate the whites. It makes one large pancake or 2 smaller ones depending on pan's diameter. Add the frozen berries just as one side has slightly cooked ( about 2 min or when the center is nice and bubbly) and flip it to cook the other side.
