Chili Lime Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 Can (1.75 cup) Garbanzo beans1/2 medium purple onion (150 grams)4 boiled eggs (whites only)1 small lime Salt to tasteRed pepper flakes
Directions
Open garbanzo bean can and strain; pat dry and set aside.

Diced purple onion and remove yolks from boiled eggs. Slice eggs. Place in medium sized tupperware container and squeeze half of lime over mixture; add salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Pour dried garbanzo beans over mixture and repeat lime, pepper, and salt.

Close tupperware container and shake to mix. Chill and serve!
