Ingredients
egg, unsweetend applesauce, regular rolled oatmeal (not quick or instant) berries
Directions
mix egg and applesauce together in 1 qt measuring cup
stir in oatmeal, dash of cinnamon, sprinkle berries on top. Microwave on high for two minutes. transfer to bowl.
