Ingredients

Directions
I make enough for the week, I use 96 oz of chicken broth and 48 oz water. Add any vegetables you like and when everything is boiling add in the seasonings for taste and barley. Put on low heat, cover and let simmer for 1-2 hours stirring once in a while.

    I used turkey instead of chicken, and the reduced sodium broth - 2/15/08
