I teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Mix all ingredients together. Serve. (Notice that you use equal parts of lemon juice, Dijon mustard and olive oil, so you can make a larger recipe, using an empty jar with 1 part lemon juice, 1 part Dijon mustard and 1 part olive oil, then close the jar lid, shake vigorously until fully mixed, use and then store in the refrigerator.)
