Quick and Colourful Bean Salad

14 oz can black beans drained14 oz can pinto beans drained1 bell pepper chopped (red, yellow, purple)1 cup chopped tomatoes1 cup shredded radicchio1/4 cup olive oil4 tbsp rice wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar1/2 - 1 juice of lemonsalt and pepper to taste1-2 tsp smoked paprika1-2 cumin seeds or 1 tsp ground cumin
Easy!
Put the first five ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk the next 3 ingredients in a smaller bowl, and add to the veggies. You may or may not wish to use all the dressing.
Season with salt, pepper, and the smoked paprika and cumin.
Stir. Eat. Smile!
