Red Lentil Bulgur Loaf

Ingredients
3/4 c of lentils, red1 c oats1c bulgur2c water2tbsp miso1/2c tomato sauce1tbsp oreganoFreshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a saucepan cover the lentils in water and cook until tender. About 30 minutes.

While lentils are cooking, mis the remaining ingredients and soak. Preheat oven to 350 farenheit.

Drain lentils and add them to the mixture. Rub soy margarine on a loaf pan and pack the lentil-bulgur mixture in.

Bake 1 hour or until firm. Let cool 10-15 minutes serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables.
