Ingredients
Egg Yolk- 1 largeExtra Virgin Olive Oil- 1 cupLemon Juice- 1 TbspSalt- 1/4 tsp
Directions
Instructions:
Mix eggs, vinegar, salt, in a blender and pulse a few times until frothy.
While the blender running, add the olive oil a little bit at a time until you see the mixture thickening.
Slowly and steadily, add the rest of the oil.
Will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days
