Irish Soda Bread

3 Cups all-purpose flour1 Tbsp baking powder1/3 Cup Splenda type sweetner1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 egg, lightly beaten2 Cups skim milk1/4 cup white vinegar4 Tbsps light margarine, melted
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F or 165 degrees C.
- Grease a 9x5 in. loaf pan.
- Blend the milk, vinegar, and egg.
- Combine flour, baking powder, splenda, salt, and baking soda. Add all of the milk mixture to the flour mixture. Mix until just moistened.
- Stir in melted margarine. Pour into your loaf pan.
- Bake for 65 to 70 mins, or until a tooth pick, when insterted, comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Serving Size: 1 Slice- Makes 9 Slices
