Black Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
20 oz ground turkey1 onion, chopped1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can corn, rinsed and drained1 can diced tomato1 large red pepper diced3 Tbs Chili powder (or to taste)1 Tbs Balsamic (or other) vinegar (to taste)1 Tbs Cumin powderDash Tabasco
Directions
heat 1/2 cup water in large skillet, add onion and turkey and saute until onion is soft and turkey no longer pink.
Add beans, corn, tomato, pepper and seasonings (to taste). Simmer for at least 30 minutes up to 1 hour.
